OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. For 12 months 2009 369 students of educational institutions of Krasnoyarsk region undertook an industrial internship at Open Joint Stock Company "Yeniseiskaya TGC (TGC-13)".

Branches of Yeniseiskaya TGC have co-operated to high schools and technical schools of Krasnoyarsk region for a long time. For the purpose of future specialists qualitative preparation of power branch the Company power enterprises give possibility to students to undertake an educational internship on manufacture. The Company has Old partnership with such educational institutions as the Siberian Federal University, Khakassky Technical institute, Khakass Institute of business, Minusinsk agricultural college, Kansky polytechnical college, Kansky technological technical school, Nazarovsky power building technical school, Professional lycee № 96 Nazarovo and others.

In 2009 at the enterprises of Yeniseiskaya ТGC 369 students undertook an industrial internship. They worked as directly on manufacture, in such shops as boiler, turbine, electric, department of repair planning, operation and reconstruction, and in accounts, economical, financial departments.

The industrial practice is the major link in education as during this period future power men improve the theoretical knowledge received in the course of training, get practical skills on workplaces, master subtleties of technological processes, works of power stations equipment.

According to the tradition, each probationer has his instructor– the head of practice. He cares and helps the students with development of trade subtleties. In the future if the student has a wish to work on thermal power station, the opinion of the instructor will help to make a decision about hiring this person. Besides, experts of stations give lectures on power system of the Siberian Federal University, are a part of examination boards. As speak power men, "close cooperation of a science and manufacture is adjusted".

Now in boiler-and-turbine shop of the Nazarovskaya state district power station since February, 1st till April, 5th, 2010 13 students of the Nazarovsky power building technical school have practise, their speciality is "Thermal power plants". Also some students on Abakanskaya thermal power station, Krasnoyarskaya thermal power station-1, Krasnoyarskaya thermal power station-2, Kanskaya thermal power station undertake an industrial internship.
