Lidskoe Pivo Beer Output Reduced 17%
OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. Belarusian OJSC Lidskoe Pivo brewery, based in the Grodno Region, reported a 17% decrease in output to 614,000 decaliters in January-February
Beer offering in plastic bottles decreased to 15.4% to 499,000 decaliters, in glass bottles decreased 26% to 95,000 decaliters and in kegs fell to 8.3% to 20,000 decaliters.
Supplies to the domestic market edged down to 7.5% to 586,500 decaliters.
OJSC Lidskoe Pivo exports amounted to 37,800 decaliters, up 83.5%.
OJSC Lidskoe Pivo accounted for 13.7% of the Belarusian beer output in January, down 1 percentage point on the year.
