OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. The State Commission of Ukraine for regulating financial services markets issued a license to Allianz Ukraine for performance of insurance operation on insurance of civil and legal liability of land transport owners. The new license shall be effective until February 17, 2013.

The new license for this type of insurance services was issued upon expiry of the validity term of the previous license.

The Superadded Liability Company “Allianz Ukraine” was registered on August 30, 2005. (Until October 01, 2007 the name of the Company was “ROSNO Ukraine” SLC). The Company has a subsidiary “Аllianz ROSNO Life” SLC dealing with life insurance.
