OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. The High Commercial Court of Ukraine has upheld a ruling passed by the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeals to oblige the Ukrtranshaz Company to enter into a contract with Ukrnafta on storage of over 7.097bln cubic meters of natural gas owned by Ukrnafta in underground gas storage facilities.

Millennium Capital sees this news as strongly positive for Ukrnafta because this decision of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine is last instance ruling permitting UNAF to get back the 7.097bln cubic meters of natural gas and to resolve finally the conflict between its two principal shareholders, – Privat Group and State Company Naftogaz (Ukrtranshaz Company is a subsidiary production unit of Naftogaz).
