In the third quarter it was fixed at RUR 18,965,612,781, in the second quarter - RUR 7,864,024,290. The Company’s shares have grown 4.28 times in comparison with capitalization as at 31.12.2008. The market capitalization of IDGC of North-West was calculated on the basis of the information prepared by CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange", according to item 1.2 of the Procedure of Calculating the Market Price of Securities and Investment Contributions admitted to Circulation through trade organizers approved by the Decision of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market dated 24.12.2003 No. 03-52/ps.

For reference: IDGC of North-West placed 95,785,923,138 (ninety five billion seven hundred and eighty five million nine hundred and twenty three thousand one hundred and thirty eight) ordinary shares of 10 (ten) kopecks each for the total par value amount of RUR 9,578,592,313 (nine billion five hundred and seventy eight million five hundred and ninety two thousand three hundred thirteen rubles) and 80 kopecks.
