OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2010. First 20 houses built within the rural housing development program were commissioned in Panob village of Vobkent district of Bukhara region on the eve of the spring holiday Navruz.

The construction of the houses on the total territory of 6.49 hectares started here last October. The designs of the houses were developed by design and research institute Qishloqqurilishloyiha with consideration of the local nature and climatic conditions.

“We have a four-room house,” one of the owners Bahrom Holov said. “The children’s room, the bedroom and the drawing room were constructed taking into account local conditions.”

“The house has individual heating system. The yard has been designed with possibility to plant fruit trees and flowers.”

Mehriniso Azizova, another house owner, said Qishloq Qurilish Bank (Rural Construction Bank) helped finance the purchase with a credit. The salary and other incomes intended for repayment of the mortgage credit are not taxed.

By the end of the current year, 55 more houses will be built in Panob village. Various trade and service facilities are also being built in the area to create conveniences for the population.
