OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2010. Agramant is to develop a 114,000-square-metre high-rise multipurpose complex at Volokolamskoe Highway in Moscow.

According to the materials unveiled at MIPIM 2010, the complex will consist of a 56,000-square-metre office building of 26 storeys in height and a 19,630-square-metre 260-room hotel of 14 storeys in height.

The substructure, including a three-level car park, will have an area of 80,070 square metres.

The construction is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2014.
