OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2010. TNK-BP and OJSC Orenburgneft will execute tripartite cooperation agreements with Perevolotskiy, Novosergievskiy and Sorochinskiy districts and with the town of Sorochinsk. The documents will be signed by TNK-BP Vice President and Director of TNK-BP Orenburg Branch Alexander Grabovski, the head of the Sorochinsnkeft NGDU Oleg Toropchin, the director of the Zaikinskiy gas processing plant Nikolay Khromov, acting head of Perevolotskiy district Yakov Tevs, head of Novosergievskiy district Sergey Balykin, head of Sorochinskiy district Vladimir Fedorov, and head of the town of Sorochinsk Nikolay Khmelevskikh.

Similar Cooperation Agreements have been signed every year since 2007 to set out the relationship between oil & gas producers and municipal authorities in the Orenburg region. Under the Agreements TNK-BP undertakes to provide assistance in addressing important social issues in the districts where it operates. This year Agreements will be signed with seventeen municipal authorities in the Orenburg region.
