During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ingosstrakh OJSIC held in Moscow, it was resolved to approve the appointment of Evgeny Borisovich Soloviov as Deputy General Director for Asset Protection. E.B. Soloviov was also elected member of the Management Board of the insurance company.

Evgeny Soloviov was born on November 10, 1948 in Galich, Kostroma Region. After having served in the Soviet Army, in 1971 he enrolled in the Saratov Juridical Institute named after D.I. Kursky, where he majored in Jurisprudence and received the qualification of Lawyer. After university, in 1975, E. Soloviov first worked in the Soviet KGB, and then in the Russian FSB. From 2001 until 2005, colonel-general Evgeny Borisovich Soloviov was the Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation. From 2005 until 2007, he was the Deputy CEO of UC RUSAL for Resource Protection, where he was responsible for the issues related to ensuring the economic safety of the company's activity. From May 2007 he was the Deputy General Director and Director for Resource Protection of RAINKO LLC.
