OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for VolgaTelecom OJSC that authorized it to pay interest on the fourteenth coupon of the company’s Series VT-4 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 12% per annum, or 29 rubles 92 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 28,531,225 rubles 28 kopecks in coupon interest less the personal tax and tax on foreign entities’ earnings withheld by the issuer.

VolgaTelecom OJSC floated its Series VT-4 seven-year bonds on September 12, 2006, to raise 3billion rubles.
