Kazakhtelecom Won 2nd Place in “Best HR-Project”
OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2010. V International conference “Human resources management: results and perspectives”, organized by Corporate university “Samruk-Kazyna” took place in Astana. Competition for “Best HR-project” took place within the action, where Kazakhtelecom JSC won second place amongst 13 participants, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.
Mr.Kairat Kelimbetov, Chairman of the Board of FNP “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC opened the conference, who stressed participants’ attention on main directions of new manpower policy of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. HR directors and experts participated in the conference, practices, whose competence is acknowledged on an international level.
During two days participants discussed experience of development management, used by companies for the last ten years. Mrs.Dilyara Buketova presented Kazakhtelecom JSC.
A competition “Best HR project’ has been announces for the first time within the conference and in the country, which attracted attention of many large companies functioning in Kazakhstan. The purpose of the competition is to reveal effective projects in personnel management, practical use in Kazakhstan, increase of information on meaningfulness and role of manpower policy, innovations and creation of creative and constructive environment amongst HR-specialists.
Kazakhtelecom JSC presented project on realization of new company’s manpower policy, and in final was amongst such companies as ENRC, “Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V and “Kartel” LLC. In result – honorable 2-d place amongst 13 participants. Finalists awarded with diploma and prizes, made on special order by Serik Ryspayev, famous painter from stone, silver and enamel.
The key peculiarities of the project are system and scale, pass to new standards, strict target to increasing of employees’ status, development of intelligent company’s potential. It shall be noted that within the realization of new manpower policy, the company realizes several projects concerning effectiveness of employees’ activity, recruitment by means of test, analysis of intra corporate climate by means of questionnaire and other actions. One of the most important moments in development of manpower policy became establishment of Direction “Academy of infocommunication technologies” last year.
