KMC to Restructure Its Borrowers Pas-Due Debts
OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2010. Hypothecary organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company issued housing loans to over than 24 thousand people among which were people affected by income decline in the small and medium size businesses and salaries reduction. Understanding the economic crisis affect to the population Hypothecary organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company decided to held its borrowers, reported the press-centre of KASE.
The company launches the action on loans restructuring and writing off accrued fines.
Borrowers by documented insolvency approval can capitalize or depreciate debts up to 36 months. Also, if necessary borrowers can delay payments up to one year.
The action covers loans bough back by the company without the buy back obligation and loans in trust management of the company. Borrowers can submit applications till September 1, 2010.
