OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2010. Sviaz-Bank has been named winner of a public auction for the right to make a contract for an non-revolving line with a limit of 1,558,354,000 rubles to be opened to the Irkutsk Power Network Company (IPNC OJSC), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The credit line can be drawn down over 36 months.

Gazprombank (OJSC) and the Baikal Bank of Sberbank of Russia were the other bidders in the auction.
