In 2010, OOO Tatneft-AZS Zapad (West) plans to expand its network of filling stations (AZS) by 10% and complete reformatting and rebranding of the already existing stations. The filling station will offer additional or modified services and there will be facilities for provision of associated services. Where the land space allows, after reformatting the fuel filling stations will include a maximal range of roadside services (shop, car wash, coffee shop, parking or other). The range of petroleum products sold will also be adjusted in the direction of increasing the proportion of high-octane gasoline and diesel fuel complying with the relevant Euro standard requirements, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Tatneft AZS Zapad is part of the TATNEFT Group and it occupies a stable niche in the market of retail sales of petroleum products in the European part of Russia. The Company operates over 190 fuel filling stations in the Moscow region and also in the territory of the Tver, Leningrad, Vladimir, Nizhny Nogorod and Arkhangelsk regions. In the Moscow region the retail sector of OAO TATNEFT is represented by 132 fuel filling stations with 36 of them located in Moscow and 94 filling stations located in the Moscow region representing 4% and 6% of the appropriate fuel filling markets.

Majority of the filling stations include associated service facilities. Commissioning of three floating filling stations: 1 at Pirogovskoye reservoir and 2 in the Leningrad region, has been one of the recent developments. Similar stations are scheduled to be constructed at the Klyazma reservoir and in the areas of the Volga-Kama basin.

The main supplier of motor fuel for the TATNEFT's filling stations is the Moscow region is the Moscow Crude Oil Refinery, which is very well known for stable high quality fuel. The filling stations of TATNEFT also realize petroleum products manufactured by Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (YANOS) Company of OAO Slavneft, OAO TAIF-NK, LUKOIL-Nizhnegorodnefteorgsintez and Ufa Refinery. The volume of retail sales of the motor fuel at the filling stations of the Company accounted for by OOO Tatneft AZS Zapad amounts to about 490 thousand tons per year. All fuel sold in the Moscow region conforms to the Euro-3 and Euro-4 standards.

In general, the network of OAO TATNEFT's filling stations counts more than 620 stations located in various regions of Russia and in the Ukraine. The plans for 2010 provide for increasing the number of stations as in the traditional regions of presence: the Volga, North-Western, Central and Urals Federal District, as well as in new regions, such as the Siberian and the Southern Districts.
