OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2010. The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan has registered an issue of shares of domestic insurer Ateshgah.

The Committee says that on 16 March it registered 13,500 ordinary book-entry shares of Ateshgah with par value of 274 manats.

The issue of shares will be sold in a way of converting nominal value of securities in 200 manats.

Thus, overall volume of the issue totals 2.7 million manats.
