OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2010. By anonymous decision of the new composition of the Board of Directors Timur Avdeenko elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A new composition of the Audit Committee was elected. Members of the new Audit Committee are: Ivan Rodionov, Professor of SI “High School of Economics” (Chairman of the Committee), Deputy General Director on external assets management of JSC "Gasprom oil" Kiril Kravchenko, Banking direction of “Sputnik” Group Betaneli Dmitri (Betaneli Dmitri).

The Board of Directors considered a set of questions related to the company’s current activities.
