OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2010. A new composition of the Board of Directors was elected by the decision of the sole shareholder of JSC “EMAlliance”. New members of the Board of Directors of JSC “EMAlliance” are:

President of JSC “EMAlliance” Timur Avdeenko,

Professor of SI “High School of Economics” Ivan Rodionov,

Deputy General Director on external assets management of JSC "Gasprom oil" Kiril Kravchenko, Banking direction of “Sputnik” Group Betaneli Dmitri (Betaneli Dmitri), Managing Director of A.J.K. Bureau of Consultants Ltd. Karapatakis Andreas (Karapatakis Andreas).

The following persons withdrew membership of the Board of Directors of JSC “EMAlliance” - Ioannides Loizou & Company Auditing firm advisor Loizou Georgios, General Director Adviser on strategic financing of JSC “EMAliance” Igor Parkhomenko, Head of Legal and Tax Department of JSC “EMAlliance” Alexey Dubinchin.

Chairman of the Board of Directors will be elected on the next meeting of the Board.

Commenting on the decision, President of JSC “EMAlliance” stated that the involvement of the most competent and reputed specialists to the board work is an important step within the entrance to the public market strategy implementation.
