OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2010. ASIA AUTO (Ust-Kamenogorsk), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed - Kazkommertsbank and subsidiaries filed suits to retrieve overdue debt on bonds KZPC1Y03C348 (ASAVb1) of ASIA AUTO, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- Kazkommertsbank is claiming a total of KZT522,250,000.00;

- Insurance company Kazkommertspolis - KZT232,087,900.00;

- Kazkommerts Securities (Kazkommertsbank's subsidiary) - KZT135,440,315.00;

- Kazkommerts-Life - KZT73,394,934.51.

ASIA AUTO informed the courts ruled to arrest the company's property within the amount of the claims.
