Corporation Tsesna Board of Directors decided to approve Corporation Tsesna Board composition in the number of three people. In addition, due to the Board members authorities termination, the Board of Directors decided to re-elect the Board with the term till March 1, 2011 as follows:

- Erkegali Edenbaev - the Board Chairman;

- Natalya Melnikova - the Board member;

- Elena Zavgorodnyaya - the Board member.
