41% of Azerbaijan Mortgage Borrowers Relate to Age of 18-30
OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2010. According to Fund’s statistics, 41% of country’s mortgage borrowers by early March 2010 were young families and youth aged between 18-29 years old.
Simultaneously 30% relate to age range of 30-35 years and only 29% of mortgage loans to borrowers aged above 36 years.
For AMF activity period (from 2005 to 2009 год) the Fund’s authorized agent banks extended mortgages for AZN 162 million.
Mortgage lending in Azerbaijan started on 25 March 2006.
