OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2010. The respective suggestion was proposed at the economic agents forum held in Chisinau. In the businessmen’s opinion, the council that should be composed of representatives of all branches of economy, will be examining draft decisions and will improve cooperation between economic subjects and the city administration.

The Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca presented the city development projects with expansion of the water supply system, road repair, construction of the waste processing plant; development of the Valea Morilor zone, development of technical parks, parking lots and others among them. Economic agents expressed their hope that all projects would be realized. The Mayor General asked businessmen to avoid bribes even if settlement of some problems is delayed or if there is not immediate reaction on some suggestions.

Over 500 economic agents participated in the forum. According to data for 2009, over 88 thousand economic agents are registered in Chisinau, making up over 60% of all Moldovan companies.
