OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2010. Ingosstrakh paid over 3.2 mln rubles to Krasnaya Polyana OJSC for a building destroyed by fire. Structures for agricultural use and the administrative building located in the village of Cherepovo, Khislavich district, Smolensk Region, were insured in April 2009 for a term of 25 months by Ingosstrakh OJSIC's Smolensk branch. The total insured amount was over 45.4 mln rubles.

The fire completely destroyed the administrative building. After the examination of the submitted documents, the event was recognized as an insured event, and Ingosstrakh indemnified the company.

The insured property was pledged to Rosselkhozbank to secure a loan.

The director of the Smolensk branch of Rosselkhozbank OJSC Ivan Kucher stated that the prompt and high-quality settlement of this insured event by Ingosstrakh's employees allowed to compensate the damage caused by the fire.

Krasnaya Polyana OJSC was established in 2002. It specializes in crop growing and livestock farming. The company has been cooperating with Ingosstrakh since 2008. Insured property includes cattle, grain stocks, agricultural equipment, trailing and attached equipment and cargo transportation.
