OJSC “Rosinter Restaurants Holding”, (“Rosinter” or the “Company”), the leading operator in casual dining restaurants in Russia and CIS (RTS, MICEX, ticker: ROST), announces the appointment of Michael Beacham to the position of Chief DevelopmentOfficer of the Company, reported the press-centre of Rosinter.

In this newly created position, Michael will lead the development function and be responsible for the overall expansion of each of Rosinters’ key brands in both current and potential markets.

In 2008-2009 Michael Beacham was Senior Vice-President and COO of franchising and international business for CEC Entertainment, Inc., the popular USA Chuck E. Cheese’s family entertainment brand. During this period, CEC Entertainment, Inc. improved its market share by expanding its network in the USA and internationally.

Previously, Michael led successfully the development of T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide for five years and together with his team achieved a substantial expansion of the franchise network through 60 countries around the globe.
