OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2010. The respective suggestion was made during Prime Minister Vladimir Filat’s meeting with representatives of trade unions and building patronage to discuss current problems in building and the opportunities of their settlement.

In builders’ opinion, a state program stipulating the state’s participation in completion of the building of objects of the high readiness degree might be one of the variants. Creation of the more attractive mortgage system could be another development measure. More clear rules for the construction market’s players should also be introduced and the pressure on them should be excluded.

According to Vladimir Filat, the state intends to take necessary measures in construction – the most chaotic branch of the country, as it will help not only builders solve their economic problems but also the population with their housing problems.
