Bank of Russia invalidated BANK URALSIB bonds issues series 02 (state registration number 40100030В) and series 03 (state registration number 40200030В) because none of the bonds was placed.

Series 02 and 03 bonds issues, amounting to 5 bln rubles each, were registered on January 16, 2009 by Central Bank of Russia (CBR).
