OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2010. ARARATBANK starts providing mortgage loans within the RA Government target program "Affordable housing to young families", thus expanding its scopes of cooperation with the Government and following its policy of increasing the level of affordability of the loans, reported the press-centre of ARARATBANK.

Beneficiaries of the Program are the Young families where at least one of the spouses is young (resident of the Republic of Armenia aged 18 through 30). The aggregate age of the spouses may not exceed 60, whereas none of the family members may be aged over 35. Single parents having a child (or children) aged 30 or below may also be beneficiaries of the program.

Participation in this program is an essential part of the social oriented programs implemented by the Bank, and an integral element of the Bank's corporate social responsibility, as well.
