OREANDA-NEWS. March 10, 2010. Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov met with an official delegation of the General Secretariat of the Jordan Supreme Council for the Youth.

The Ministry informed that  A. Ragimov noted in the  meeting close relations between the governments of Azerbaijan and Jordan, as well as the work, which is carried out within the framework of cooperation program for  science and education, culture and art, youth and sport, archeology, public health and mass media during  2010-2012 between the governments of Azerbaijan and Jordan.

“The head of the delegation, Secretary General of the Jordan Supreme Council for Youth Sari Hamdan proposed to carry out joint discussion of future projects by heads of the youth organisations, as well as  on presence of  Jordanian sportsmen in training gatherings in Azerbaijan,” it was informed.

Signing of various bilaterial agreements within the framework of the above-mentioned program was under discussiion in the meeting as well.
