2-room apartments were sold in Botanica at 605-720 euros for a square meter; in Buiucani – 716-727 eyros; in the Center – 737-805 euros; in Ciocani – 667-718 euros, in Riscani – 697-757 euros. A square meter in 3-room apartments in February 2010 in Botanica cost 549-646 euros for a square meter; in Buiucani – 612-629 euros; in the Center – 633-695 euros; in Ciocani – 587-666 euros, in Riscani – 623-666 euros.

4-room apartments could be bought at 498-582 euros in Botanica, 568-582 euros – in Buiucani; 565-623 euros – in the Center; 528-588 euros – in Ciocani, 582-604 euros – in Riscani.
