OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2010. By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission preferred shares KZ1P51460114 (RDGZp) of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana) are included to KASE official list third category, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The date of the mentioned Listing Commission decision effect will be announced in addition when the mentioned issuer pays listing fees.

The trades opening in mentioned shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.

KazMunaiGas Exploration Production shares issue is registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on December 27, 2006. The issue is divided into 70,220,935 common KZ1C51460018 and 4,136,107 preferred shares KZ1P51460114. The issue is included to the State Securities Register under number А5146.

According to the extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2010 all KazMunaiGas Exploration Production authorized shares are offered.

We remind that mentioned shares were admitted to circulation in KASE Unlisted Securities sector from March 29, 2005, and excluded from securities admitted to circulation in this sector from July 3, 2006.
