OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2010. In February, ROSNO compensated damage for the stolen Mercedes-Benz CL550, manufactured in 2007, in the amount of 7,466,221 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The vehicle was stolen by an unknown individual from near the residential building on Shmitovsky Lane in Moscow. The vehicle was not equipped with a satellite anti-theft system, which complicated the search process.

The vehicle had been insured with ROSNO against the risks of theft, damage and fire for the insurance amount of 280 thousand US dollars. Since the car had been insured by a private individual under the terms of the car loan, ROSNO has paid compensation to the lending bank.
