OREANDA-NEWS. March 5, 2010. The using of innovational technologies in building will allow to open the advantages of townhouse for wide mass of population. These conclusions were made by the participants of the first regional conference “Perspectives of individual and townhouse building development in UFD” which was on the 16-18 of February in the frames of Forum of the problems of individual and low-rise building.

Aleksandr Lyashenko, the vice-president on building in GC “AVS Development” in his report underlined the main obstacles in the development of low-rise building in whole Russia and in the Urals too. High price and low quality of grounds, large spending for infrastructure, administrative barriers when get the licenses for building, absence of good projects of “econom” level- all these reasons inhibit the development of the market.

During modern economic reality the companies of developers and builders carry out different programs and look for new ways to attract investments to this sector.

On the conference Aleksandr Lyashenko offered the idea to create regular working exhibition ground of modern technologies for townhouse building on the base of cottage village “Nikolin Klyuch”. This idea was offered by GC “AVS Group”, this project was supported by Noncommercial partnership “NAMIKS” and the Ministry of Building of Sverdlovskaya region.

The participants of the project were suggested all the necessary conditions by “AVS Group”. They are a plot for building with all communications, advertising of the exhibition and projects in mass media in Sverdlovskaya region and in UFD, help in organization of industrial ground, financial service (insurance, leasing, barter deals), transportation of building materials and equipment on different kinds of transport, customs registration of cargo and its storage.
