OREANDA-NEWS. March 5, 2010. Belarus’ beer output decreased 8.2% on the year in January 2010 to 2.3 million decaliters, the National Statistics Committee told.

In value terms, beer output totaled 40.8 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), down 25.7%.

Beer inventories were at 1.4 million decaliters as of February 1, 2010, 61.3% of the average monthly output.

Beer sale increased 13.1% on the year in January to 2.033 million decaliters.
