In pursuance with decision of the Board of Kazakhtelecom of February 1, 2010 the Company in the period February 18, 2010 through February 24, 2010 paid dividend on preferred shares for Y2009.

The list of shareholders, entitled to dividend, was compiled as on February 4, 2010.
