OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2010. The Russian Federation’s Central Bank has listed Sviaz-Bank among Russia’s 30 biggest banks as of January 1, 2010. The Central Bank has published its list of Russia’s biggest lending institutions in the Summary Statistics on the Biggest Banks as of January 1, 2010 as evidence of this, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

According to figures released by the Central Bank, the total assets of the country’s 30 biggest banks reached 21 trillion 449 billion 888 million 988 thousand rubles as of January 1, 2010. By that date, the 30 biggest banks in Russia had earned 933 billion 368 million 328 thousand rubles in profit on the preceding year’s financial performance, including 118 billion 750 million 741 thousand rubles in profit made this year.
