OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. According to the recent press service release, Dniprovahonmash <DNVM UK N/R> , one of the Ukrainian rail car manufacturers, incurred losses of UAH 136.885mn in 2009. As of late 2009, assets of the company constituted UAH 539.571mn, total accounts receivable stood at UAH 153.985mn, and current liabilities at UAH 394.305mn.

This decline of the DNVM financial performance did not come to Millennium Capital as a surprise, as it has been caused by the falling demand for the Company products in 2009. But Millennium Capital would like to point out that the negative effect of this news are smoothed out by the plans of the Company to increase railcars output in 2010 at least by 54%.
