OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. Kernel Group <KER PW BUY>  decided to increase the statutory capital of Poltava oilseed crushing plant (OSCP) by 71% to UAH 120mn. The funds raised are to be directed to an increase of the plant’s working capital.

Millennium Capital considers this news to be positive for Kernel, since the funds raised will assist the plant in launching the new oilseed crushing capacities installed in late 2009. By Millennium Capital’s estimations, this will enable Kernel to increase its current capacities by around 35%.
