OREANDA-NEWS. March 2, 2010. HSG Zander RUS Chief Engineer Dmitry Kuznetsov participated in III Property & Facility Management Congress which took place on February, 18 in Moscow.

At the Congress such themes as “Energy Efficiency and Ecological Compatibility in Facility Management”, “ FM Reasonable Budget in Crisis Period”, “Management of Deposit Assets” were discussed.

Dmitry Kuznetsov acted as a co-moderator of the session entitled “Joining Efforts for Quality Management” at which methods of FM service quality improvement, personnel education and training, PM & FM position in self-regulatory organizations, tasks and targets of self-regulatory organizations in relation to FM companies and other key points were discussed.
