OJSC “Rosinter Restaurants Holding”, (Rosinter or the Company), the leading casual dining operator in Russia and CIS (RTS, MICEX, ticker: ROST), announces the appointment of Victor Shlepov to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, reported the press-centre of Rosinter.

Victor will lead the development and implementation of the Company’s financial strategy as well as manage the corporate financial service team.

Victor Shlepov’s previous positions include: Head of Finance and Administration in the hypermarket chain Mosmart (Russia) and CFO of the retail chain Kopeyka (Russia). In 2005–2006 he was ranked among top-100 CFOs in Russia by the Russian Association of Management.
