OREANDA-NEWS. March 1, 2010. Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (“OPIN”, “Company” or “Society”) held its Extraordinary General Shareholder’s meeting. As a result of the meeting, the powers of the Board of Directors and the Internal Auditor were early terminated.

The Shareholders Meeting reelected the following persons to the Board of Directors:

Bachin Sergey Viktorovich, General Director of LLC “Rosa Khutor”;

Bashkirov Alexey Vladimirovich, Executive Director for investment and asset management of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

Voytovich Olga Valerievna, First Deputy Head of the legal department of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

Kartsev Alexander Alexandrovich, General Director of JSC “OPIN”; 

Razumov Dmitri Valerievich, General Director of ONEXIM Group LLC; 

Salnikova Ekaterina Mikhailovna, Deputy CFO of ONEXIM Group LLC; 

Svanidze Georgiy Eduardovich, Head of Accounting and Methodology of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

Senko Valery Vladimirovich, Director for Investments of ONEXIM Group LLC; 

Sosnovsky MIkhail Alexandrovich, Deputy General Director of ONEXIM Group LLC; 

Totieva Anastasiya Yurievna was elected as Internal Auditor of the Company.
