SSMSC has broadened requirements to the annual reporting by issuers. In accordance with the decision taken by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC), the issuers’ reporting shall contain information about production volumes and sales of their key products, as well as cost of goods sold. Furthermore, the Commission requests from the issuers to place information about their general meeting in the open for public access database of the SSMSC.

Equity market. February 26, the index of Ukrainska SE closed up 0.77%. The indicator was growing practically all day long. We must say that in the most of European largest markets, as well as the Russian RTS SE, the trades were held in green zone as well.

Overall, on Ukrainska SE last Friday 1,167 deals were made for the total of UAH 22.9 mn. On the order-driven market the most of all grew the shares of Interpipe Novomoskovsk Tube (NVTR) and AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ) – up 7.7% and 5.3%, accordingly.
