OREANDA-NEWS. March 1, 2010. On 26 February, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Kernel Group to purchase the controlling stake in Allseeds Group.

Millennium Capital sees the news to be positive for Kernel, since this was the latest barrier for the Company in the deal. Just to remind the readers, Kernel has purchased options allowing the acquisition of a 93.6% stake in Allseeds Group, which will enable it to increase its market share in sunflower oil exports to 35%.
