IDGC of North-West Exercised 6 431 Agreement in 2009
OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2010. In 2009, 13,233 applications for technological connection for total capacity of 842.63 MWT have been made at IDGC of North-West, JSC. In comparison with the year 2008, number of applications increased by 19.96% while requested capacity reduced by 36.35%.
Natural persons have made 9,555 applications (total capacity of 74.2 MWT) for technological connection of capacity up to 15 KWT in 2009. Increase in number of made applications equals 68.69% while growth in capacity is 56.8%. Head of applications has been reached at “Pskovenergo”, branch of IDGC of North-West, JSC – 2,365 pieces which equals 24.75% from total amount of applications received by the Company from that category of consumers.
Due to Head of the Department for Technological Connection of IDGC of North-West, JSC Alexey Shmyrin, reduction in connected capacity is connected with correcting of plans of large-scale applicants due to the financial crisis. Increase in number of applications and conducted agreements are reasoned by changes in Regulations for technological connection regarding implementation of technological connection of energy units from applicants for capacity up to 15 KWT including, and technological connection of energy units from small business and medium business for capacity up to 100 KWT including.
Over the previous year, IDGC Of North-West, JSC has exercised 6,431 agreements on technological connection for total capacity of 214.31 MWT. Among that number, 4,789 agreements have conducted with natural persons for communal and public needs for total capacity of 32.77 MWT. In comparison with the year 2008, number of exercised agreements increased by 1.3 times.
The Company’s income due to exercised agreements on technological connection equals RUR 496.5 million in 2009.
Within the frameworks of performance of agreements on implementation of technological connection, the Company has built 223.14 km of electric energy transmission lines of different capacity classes, reconstructed 20 transformer substations with total capacity of 14.38 MVA, and built 39 transformed substations with total capacity of 39.05 MV and 110/10 20 MVA substation.
