ALIDI Won "HR-Brand 2009"

To take part in the Award ALIDI applied the project “ALIDI at job fairs”. Under this project in 2009 ALIDI worked out and implemented a new scenario of participation in regional job-fairs to promote ALIDI Brand among job-applicants. Besides traditional PR activities (filling in of application forms by jobseekers, picking up of CVs, distribution of flyers) it included original solutions: a small game for the attendees with gifts for those visitors who answer questions concerning ALIDI , psychological tests for applicants, practical advices how to succeed seeking for a job.
The new scenario was realized in 20 regions where ALIDI runs operations, It was very important to realize this project under the unique high standard, that is why ALIDI launched a motivation program for HR-managers.
In HR-Brand 2009 Award best-employees are selected in two stages: on-line poll and judges voting. ALIDI’s project got high evaluation of Judges Pannel.
