At the same time, FBK, according to newsletter of ROSNANO press office, “submitted the best proposal in terms of fees and content”.

Russian corporation for nanotechnologies (ROSNANO) was established in 2007 to implement state policy in the field of nanotechnologies. The task of the corporation is to incite development of Russian nano-industry to the production level in 2015 of 900 billion RUR a year. ROSNANO is solving this task acting as co-investor in nano-technological projects with considerable economic or social potential.
