OREANDA-NEWS. February 27, 2010. Bakcell, in line with its philosophy to Get closer to its customers, has opened a new Customer Care Center in Baku which is located at 520/519 Huseyn Cavid avenue, reported the press-centre of Bakcell.

This is now Bakcell’s fifth Customer Care and Sales Point in the capital, besides the four other centers - on Nizami street, Ahmadli district, 20 January and Neftchiler.

In 2009 Bakcell opened the new Customer Care Center to serve subsribers in Sumqayit, the country’s second largest industrial center.

Bakcell has also recently expanded into Azerbaijan’s regions. There are now Bakcel Service and Sales centers across the country – Sabirabad, Shirvan, Jalilabad, Sheki and Mingechevir.

Bakcell in the last 12 months has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan. Bakcell also offers high-speed internet on the basis of EDGE technology.

Bakcell now has nearly 2 million active subscribers.
