OREANDA-NEWS. February 26, 2010. New version of Depositary Standards in the Bank of Moscow (Client Regulations) has been approved.

In the new version of the Client Regulations the following changes are reflected:
• The list of documents submitted when opening of a depo account has been specified;
• Forms of applications, orders, contracts, questionnaires of depositors and clients of all-inclusive service have been renewed;
• The order and methods of payment of securities gain have been specified;
• The section devoted to corporate actions of issuers has been specified;
• The order of closing of depo accounts has been specified;
• The section Administrative operations has been revised;
• Cases and the order of encumbrance of securities.

The new version of the Client regulations shall come into force from 15 March 2010.
