OREANDA-NEWS. February 26, 2010. I.T. Co. received its official partner status of Canadian Preo Software, the leading developer and supplier of enterprise print management solutions. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, I.T. Co gained the right not only to use Preo Software products for project implementation, but also became a Preo Software authorized distributor in Russia.

Starting from the middle of 2009 I.T. Co successfully develops a Digital Print Systems business line which focuses on development and integration of enterprise solutions using modern hardware and software digital printing systems. Along with multifunctional desktop publishing system, printing and finishing equipment, the range of software and hardware proposed by I.T. Co for digital printing systems also includes special software for print management (print manager), which allows to optimize and distribute the flows of printed information.

The flagship product of I.T. Co’s new partner Preo Software is Printelligence print management system. This software solution is unique in its class. Due to special modules it can be easily integrated into customers’ enterprise systems and therefore allows effective networking of a digital printing complex with electronic document management systems, electronic archives, payment systems, etc.

Presently, printing costs of companies are remarkably high, but due to monitoring and print management, as well as by creating printing rules, Printelligence software assures significant reduction of expenses. Printelligence flexible and easy setup provides the owner of a digital printing complex full functioning centralized control.

Printelligence system has several basic functions, which make the company’s document printing process fully transparent and cost effective.
