On 1st March 2010, Andrey Tsyganov, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), will participate in the "Round Table" organized by "Promoting Competition" Non-Commercial Partnership focusing on: "Enforcement of No.57-FZ Federal Law "On Procedures for Foreign Investments in the Business Entities of Strategic Importance for Russian National Defence and State Security", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

At the Round Table representatives of the Non-Commercial Partnership and FAS Russia will discuss the key issues of enforcement of the Federal Law "On Procedures for Foreign Investments in the Business Entities of Strategic Importance for Russian National Defence and State Security" as well as amendments to the law on foreign investments in Russian strategic industries.
