OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision, the Rating agency KZ-rating is included to recognized by KASE ratings agencies list, reported the press-centre of KASE.

This Listing Commission decision will become effective after making changes to the Chairman Order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation if Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Approval of Rating Agencies List, whose Ratings are Recognized by an Authorized Body Regulation Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty" of September 8, 2006 # 7.

Requirements for KASE recognized rating agencies are set forth by item 2 of Appendix 4 to the KASE internal documents "Listing Rules", available on KASE website at http://www.kase.kz/files/normative_base/listing_rules_eng.pdf

We remind that by the list decisions of November 25 and December 10, 2009 to the KASE recognized rating agencies list were include the Rating Agency of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty and the Rating Agency Expert RA Kazakhstan, accordingly.
