OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. The company's announcement noted that the assembling of elevators has started. The complex provides installation of 14 modern lifts, including those providing access from the floor to the parking lot.

The installation of panoramic windows is almost completed. The company started finishing facades and completes installation of the heating system. Currently, the construction of Coliseum Palace employ 112 construction workers, but soon their number will double.

It is emphasized that the works go on in accordance with the schedule: the deadline of the object commissioning is October 2010. As InfoMarket agency has reported before, Coliseum Palace is a premium class residential complex built in the Riscani district of Chisinau. Coliseum Palace complex includes 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses with observation terraces. This project is the most ambitious in terms of investments estimated at US50 million.

The project is launched by the U.S. investment fund New Century Holdings (NCH), which also develops about a dozen of investment projects in Moldova.
